1. Delivery of Digital Products

  • All digital products such as eBooks, checklists, templates, or access to online sessions will be delivered via email or downloadable links immediately or within 1–24 hours of successful payment.

  • Please ensure that you enter the correct email address during checkout to receive your product without delays.

2. Live/Booked Sessions

  • If your purchase includes a 1:1 strategy session or a coaching session, you will receive a confirmation email with the booking link or meeting details.

  • Any changes to the scheduled time can be made via the reschedule link included in your confirmation email.

3. Non-Delivery Issues

If you have:

  • Not received your digital product or session link within 24 hours of payment, or

  • Encountered issues accessing your purchased content,
