📌 Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Courses, etc.)

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of downloadable files and immediate access, no refunds will be provided once the purchase is completed.

If you face any issues accessing your purchase, contact us at info@mobiusstrip.in within 48 hours. We’ll ensure you receive the product correctly.

📞 Strategy Calls / Consultations

Refunds for strategy calls (such as 1-on-1 sessions) are not offered once the call is completed.

However, if:

• You are unable to attend, you may reschedule using the link provided in your confirmation email or WhatsApp message.

• You attend the call and feel it added no value, you may email us within 24 hours to request additional support. We’ll ensure your concerns are addressed through a follow-up session or guidance.

🎟️ Workshops / Webinars

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled from our side, you are eligible for:

• A full refund, or

• A credit for future use, based on your choice.

If you cannot attend a paid live event:

• Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to request a reschedule.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

💳 Payment Disputes or Errors

In case of duplicate payments or incorrect charges, please email info@mobiusstrip.in with payment proof within 3 days. Verified cases will be processed within 5–7 working days.
